We want you to love your skin and our products; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 45 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure items are in their original condition and include all packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original order or via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
